Lee joined the LMA in 2013 having previously worked at Catlin within both claims and operational management roles, as well as working on a number of internal and external projects that was focusing on the modernisation of the claims servicing and agreement model. Lee also spent seven years at Willis and Guy Carpenter in technical claims roles and had significant involvement in the implementation of ECF, and enhanced claim servicing and outsourcing models.
Lee establishes the market claims strategy whilst collaborating with both the market, Lloyd’s and respective market boards to ensure that the market can make claims within the Lloyd’s and London modern and attractive to clients and 3rd parties.
Lee provides day-to-day support and leadership to the Lloyd’s markets claims community via the LMA Claims Committee, the Claims Operations Exec Group, and the Claims Transformation Board. Lee manages, leads and supports a number of strategic market programmes and projects from initiation through to delivery, such as Write-Back, E-Binders, Expert Management, and the Claims LM TOM workstreams. Lee ensures that the London market claims community is consulted and represented at all levels to ensure alignment with business objectives and future requirements, whether strategic, technical, or operational.
