I live in Copenhagen with my wife and our two daughters.
Having spent more than 29 years with Maersk, I have been privileged to build a career across a variety of sea-going and shore-based roles, with the container fleet at the centre of my professional journey. This diverse experience has provided a deep understanding of container operations and the importance of collaboration across functions and geographies. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about optimising and improving operations together with talented colleagues across the organisation, helping to strengthen Maersk’s position as an industry leader. As Head of Fleet Safety, my focus is on creating a safe workplace for our colleagues and safeguarding our assets through strong safety leadership, robust standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our goal is to embed a sustainable safety culture that protects people, vessels, and operations while enabling long-term business success.
