Single User Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds on single registrations for the conference will not be given, however substitutions are allowed within the same company. See conditions below. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows as the content is available to view up to one week post-event.
Substitution/Transfer Policy: Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party working for the same company prior to 1st Oct 2024. After 1st Oct 2024, no attendee substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within 3 business days.
