Anders’ interest for shipping was first born when he went to sea aged 15 onboard the tall ship “Christian Radich”.
With education as Master Mariner and Maritime Engineer he commenced his career in the merchant navy in 1993 with Havtor and later Bergesen. He subsequently came ashore and completed studies in Maritime Law and holds a Master in Business Economics. His work experience includes broking with Anglo-Nordic, underwriting for Zurich Protector and Head of Marine & Energy, Nordic Region in Marsh AS. He has also been Product Line Leader, Marine Hull & Liabilities for Marsh Global Marine & Energy.
Apart from shipping, Anders enjoys family life, sailing / windsurfing and football.
