Herman is partner in Wikborg Rein and admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.

He is global head of the firm’s Casualty and Emergency Response Team.

Herman has more than 20 years of experience with handling high profile global maritime casualties and multi-jurisdictional litigations. He also has extensive experience with cover disputes under P&I, hull, war and cargo insurances, as well as reinsurance and direct actions. He has argued several landmark cases before the Norwegian Supreme Court.
