Jeremy Hubbuck is the Marine & Offshore Claims Director at WTW – Willis  in Oslo and holds both British & Norwegian citizenship.

He started working with claims in London in the 19080’s and later qualified as an Adjuster before taking up residency in Norway 30 years ago when he started working with offshore & marine claims under the Plan.

He has many years working as a claims professional for Nordic insurers but ( before covid times struck) he returned as an intermediary to take up claims broking.

Since before finalization of the 2023 version of the Plan Jeremy has worked with Willis based in the Nordic region.

In recent times he has acted as a conduit for the Norwegian “marine claims brokers community” which has provided suggestions and possible wordings other ideas for the N.S.A (Norwegian Shipowners Association.)

These have, ultimately,  been filtered and discussed with the Standing Revision Committee in preparation for the new 2027 version of the Plan.
