Lene-Camilla Nordlie is the Managing Director of Gard’s Oslo, and holds the position as Vice President – Norway & Sweden.

Lene-Camilla joined Gard’s Claims department in 2004, as a student of maritime law from the University of Oslo. Over the past 20 years+ she has held various positions, most of them in leadership roles; primarily within the Claims profession but also in corporate projects and strategy work. In addition to the cand. jur law degree, she has university degrees in development studies, international marketing and certifications within improvement methodology and change management.

Lene-Camilla has over the years worked extensively with P&I insurance, in particular liability claims relating to people such as seafarers, passengers, stevedores, stowaways etc.  She was until recently Gard’s representative in the IG Personal Injury Committee, she also sits in other industry fora and regularly presents on various business events.
