Radmil Kranda is Vice President and the Head of Energy Underwriting at Gard, located in Oslo. He oversees a portfolio of upstream oil company, mobile offshore unit and renewable energy insurance programs. Radmil has spent 8 years handling complex energy claims in Gard prior to transitioning to underwriting.

Radmil is a member of the CEFOR Offshore Energy Forum and the CEFOR Plan Revision Forum. He holds an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Oslo.
