Simone is a German qualified lawyer with an additional LL.M. degree in Maritime Law (IMLI). She joined Skuld’s Hamburg office in 2008, then transferred to Skuld Oslo end of 2012 where she handled P&I claims, including cases of high exposure and casualties, as well as FDD claims for charterers and owners. Also, she became a member of Skuld’s Emergency 24/7 team which she is still to date. In December 2019, she transferred to Skuld’s global Loss Prevention department where she mainly advises on decarbonization rules and regulations.
