With a background in engineering, business intelligence and fintech, he has delivered complex, multi-stakeholder projects in both startup and enterprise environments. Outside of work, Vince is a passionate sailor, bringing the same focus, resilience and teamwork from the water into building products that shape the future of underwriting.
